These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the CholoMama website and bus-ticketing platform at www.cholomama.com. By accessing or using CholoMama, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About our service

CholoMama is an online platform that lets you search, compare and book bus tickets from third-party bus operators across Bangladesh. We act as a booking agent; the transport service itself is provided by the operator you book with.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use CholoMama. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your account and ticket information secure.

Bookings & tickets

A booking is confirmed once payment is successful and a ticket is issued. Please check your travel date, route, boarding point and passenger details before confirming. You must carry a valid ticket (printed or digital) and may be asked for identification at boarding.

Fares & payment

Fares are set by the operators and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. A convenience fee may be added at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment partners through secure channels.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the relevant operator's rules, shown before you confirm a booking.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt the service, make fraudulent bookings, or access data that is not yours.

Liability

CholoMama is not responsible for the conduct of operators, schedule changes, delays, or service quality on board. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
